Sundarban is the largest mangrove forest in the world. Sundarban is the located in the southwestern region of Bangladesh. On the one hand, the Sundarban is protecting people from disasters by being a natural Shield, on the other hand it is vast natural resources are making an Important contribution to the socio-economic system of people. Verious types of natural beauty have made exuberant the Sundarban.

The main important resource of Sundarban’s honey has a huge reputation all over the country. Bees are collect honey in beehives in the bottomless forest. Beekeepers make a living by extracting the honey stored in the beehive. It is an ancient profession of theirs. During the honey collection season , as soon as the morning light Breaks the beekeepers rush to collect honey in groups by the boats. They enter the forest by boat with permission from the forest department. Beekeepers cover their entire faces with towels and nets to protect themselves from bees stings. The mouals ( beekeepers ) enter the forest in groups with their essential items such as daa, sticks, drums, torches etc. They make strange noises with their mouths to scare off tigers and other ferocious animals. On the instructions of the team leader , begin searching for honey . when Beekeepers suddenly come across something while looking for any beehives , they make a signal sound in which others understand that the chuck has been found .
